Pro tip #1, keep extra usb-c cables handy. 9 out of 10 complaints are related to cords that have gone bad because of dirt, gunk or corrosion. Please test other USB-C cables to see if it solves the problem. 

Pro tip #2, Remember not to store the warmer with a dead battery for months at a time (especially if it is purchased as a baby shower gift). Storing lithium batteries that have low charge is very bad for the battery and will lead to poor battery performance and failures. This is true for all lithium batteries. Warmers should be stored with 50% to 80% charge if it’s going to sit unused for a while.
